Horatio William Bottomley (1860-1933) was a journalist, swindler and, at one time, a Member of Parliament. Among his many endeavors, in 1906 he founded the weekly journal, . In this typed letter on letterhead, he writes to Sir Ernest Nathaniel Bennett (1868-1947), also a Member of Parliament. Bottomley notes the enclosures he is sending Bennett: some copies of that list the clerical shareholders in brewery and allied companies and an advance copy of the current issue which contain corrections.
